“Florida Realtors® reported that our median sale price for single family homes has exceeded the
$300,000 mark again. According to December figures for Palm Beach County, we have reached
$305,000, our highest median price activity since June 2015. Meanwhile, year over year, median days on market has dropped 32. l % from 56 to 38 days with the greatest number of closed sales falling between $200,000 to 600,000.
