Martin County December 2015 Market Report
“For Martin County, Florida Realtors® reported that the number of closed home sales in December
improved 13.81 % from December, but dropped 9.6% year-over-year. Pricing, however, continued to
appreciate compared to last year with our median sale price for December increasing 5.3% to $300,000, and our average sale price advancing upward by 18.4% to $484,702. Meanwhile, inventory continued to remain low, keeping our monthly supply at 4.9 months and median days on market at 38 days. ‘Tis the season for sellers – prices are up, inventory is down, and higher end homes are selling!
