The Jensen Beach FL 34957 Residential Market continues to show strong activity with strong sales volume. A second month in a row with a sizeable drop in pending sales. The inventory is also fairly large when compared to last summer.
The current absorption rate for the Jensen Beach Florida Market Report ZIP Code 34957 dipped slightly to 3.7 months ( was 3.8 months in May). Remaining in a strong seller’s market for June. A 6 to 7-month absorption rate is considered to be a balanced market favoring neither the seller or buyer.
