Condominium Market Report for July 2010 in Martin County, Florida

Condominium for July 2010 in Martin County,

The July condominium numbers reflect a fairly sharp downturn in sales from the previous months and a slight decrease from last year.  Much of the decline can be attributed to the normal seasonal decline, but some of the disappointing numbers are probably because of a weaker than anticipated economic recovery.

Fairly disappointing across the board with a decline in median prices, volume and an increase in inventory.  It still remains a buyer’s market for condominiums in Martin County.
